This is my new favorite restaurant.  The Oatmeal might be the best i have ever had (no syrup) and i went hard on the egg Extra Egg White toppings and was pleased other than skimping on the bacon. The Lemon Blueberry Sugar Cookie is fantastic. Surprisingly the Blueberry Muffin  my taste. m

The breakfast is yummy and big can feed 2 people. The pancakes are big and fluffy! 
Pancake syrup was a bit bitter and throw off the food so better to eat without it. 
The Chocolate Chunk Cookie was also a bit bitter like dark  chocolate. But overall great!

Everything perfect. Side Order Bacon  was crispy and it was a large side, not just a few slices. Side Order Chk Sausage was delicious. Avocado was fresh. Roasted Granola Parfait  is very generous portion.

got exactly what we ordered. the Oatmeal might be the best I've ever had. super fluffy with no grit at all. definitely wasnt instant. also the Tostada was perfectly toasted and both portions were good sized too. definitely recommend!

Food bags were secured. Big tasty sandwich - added bacon for a savory / salty taste. The tuna had celery and cranberries in it & tasted good.  The problem I have is for the price you pay (in this case $14) all u get is a sandwich - no chips, no fries, nor even a pickle. IMO that's bad business. Everything is expensive nowadays but that's a lot just for sandwich even though it was tasty.
