• 11/15/25Not good, chicken strips way too large. Breading didn't stay on the strips, just a hot mess. Fries were not fresh just messed up my lunch completely

• 7/24/25I got the Dirdie Birdie Chicken Tenders and the BBQ Crispy Chk Sandwich without pickles . They aren’t as crispy as they look in the photos, nor are they seasoned. The BBQ Crispy Chk Sandwich came WITH pickles, and for some reason it was a burger without barbecue sauce. They also did not put my Richards Rain Water in the bag. I’m from out of town, so it was not a good first impression of Austin. Maybe they had an off day. Waffle fries are decent after adding salt and pepper. Ordering groceries from Instacart for dinner number 2.

• 1/11/25They put more sauce on the container than on the Birdie Bites. Frozen Dreamsicle was completely missing from the store order. Decent food but very frustrating. Sauce goes on food, not the bottom plastic. Wing Dipping Sauces is barely halfway full versus bleu cheese/garlic ranch types. I had to buy more because of the aforementioned lack of sauce on the bites.
