Paid $4 for fries that weren't beer battered and came completely soggy although advertised to be beer battered and the quantity was as about $.50 worth compared to the Normal basket I buy in store. Chicken was great though

This restaurant is a joke. I was charged for two meals clearly seen on a receipt by the dasher and my credit card. The Asst Gm advises the computer has glitched for two weeks now and only recorded 1 meal. Wanted me to pay for another meal despite me having paid for 2 already and seeing the receipt. Not the restaurants problem was what I was advised. Um, yes, yes it is. Another dasher walked in while on The phone with same issue. Poor customer service at its lowest. The hamburger received has been sitting on a hot plate w a wrinkled stale bun. I have 6 onion rings and they were just ok. Never again. I hope the GM and corporate makes changes for this brand / cust service is not living up to the hype.

Everything was fantastic! The sauces were unique and flavorful and the wings were big and meaty. The dirty chick was amazing!
