Pickle Bag says assorted vegetables so I shied away but my husband didn't and it ended up being different types of cucumbers pickled. Sad I didn't get one! Recommend. Also, I was really looking forward to the Rainbow Cake and got... The Chocolate Version?! I don't like Chocolate frosting and the filling between cake layers was a berry jam and not frosting. They should really specify what's available when ordering happens. I wouldn't have order it. It tasted good IF you like extra sweet (jam) cake with chocolate frosting. Came for the Matzo Ball Soup and while it was delightful the way carry-out balls are packaged ensure it's freezing cold on arrival. Still ate it.

The chunky white for salad was not chunky and it was so salty. I never had such salty white fish salad. I was also disappointed that the bagel was hard as a rock. So I DoorDash a quarry bagel because they make theirs fresh.. I was a little disappointed. Also, I was hoping that their coleslaw was from the real ESSEN room. It was not. the old ESSEN room had the best coleslaw in the world. I used to buy quarts weekly.

This time I ordered us salami omelette with swiss. There was no Swiss. It's usually very very big for two people unfortunately this $17 omelette was only for one person. I don't understand how it can be great during the week and then the weekend not so good. I'll be back though.
