Fish is amazing and crispy! I love Mrs Alma. The chicken is on fire and the sides to go with it. If you are seeking good soul food, go visit the family table. I am a great old friend of her youngest son, and not a second goes by that I am not grateful to know this family. Good vibes and Godly ppl.

The Smother Chicken Dinner - Monday rice and gravy, cabbage and red beans with cornbread was delicious!!! Just like my mother and grandmother's used to cook when I was young fella!
I will definitely be ordering from this restaurant again!

The Fried Chicken Dinner with chicken and dumplings, turnip greens and green beans was delicious and just like home cooked!!!
The only downside is I found the menu difficult to understand to place my order... also they did not have several items that I ordered but did give me a refund for them.
Hopefully this issue will be resolved soon.

Got the Baked Chicken Dinner Half - Sunday and the chicken was great. Description said it came with mashed potatoes and to choose a side. I chose lima beans and they were good. But there were no mashed potatoes. There was a piece of corn bread. Would rather have had the potatoes.
