• 2/17/25The Flowers displayed in the picture were unsatisfactory at best. It had two half bloomed roses in the middle and the other 10 were buds that hadn't bloomed yet. Besides The flower shops false advertising I wasted my hard earned money and am requesting a Full Refund to my original payment method. The DoorDasher,Tyler was his name i believe, did a great job and followed instructions. The product, bouquet of dozen Rose's, for a Valentine's Day gift did not meet my expectations nor was it as pictured on the website. Highly disappointed! I would not choose buying fresh flowers from this business again. 😡

• 2/14/25bought flowers from this store for Valentine's Day. I saw that these were decently priced for the Heartfelt Blooms 12-Stem Bouquet, so I went along with the sale. If only I could take it back, the flowers showed up, and it looked nothing close to the picture or did it look healthy at all. The flowers looked so horrible that I had to drop more money to buy more roses from another store just to make up for this poorly taken care of flowers. If you're looking to buy flowers from here, I'd suggest you go elsewhere.

• 11/5/25Ordered flowers for my fiancé while I am out of town for work. Most of the flowers arrived either dead or wilted in the bouquet. Very disappointed.

• 3/2/22purchased the gift tower. all items were there but I feel like some of the items were different than expected and note the size of items. I know they are listed but you can't grasp how small they are. it still was a cute sentiment to send as a gift.
