Ordered the Premium Red Rose Self Love Bark Bouquet (12ct) Got mixed color roses and no dog gift. My bouquet only had 11 roses and 2 flowers were completely dead. Disappointed in the quality and getting the wrong order

The item I received looks significantly different from how it was advertised in the app. The bouquet shown in the listing appeared full, vibrant, and professionally arranged, while the actual bouquet I received was sparse, poorly arranged, and looked much lower quality. The flowers appeared uneven and minimal compared to the product photo, making the overall presentation look cheap and disappointing. I ordered this expecting it to resemble the advertised bouquet, but the item delivered did not meet those expectations at all.

Flowers were really pretty! Just wished they would've added water to the vase. I could've ordered somewhere else if I wanted an empty vase
