The flowers themselves are beautiful but this is my second order from this shop with issues. The first order delivered my vases, chocolates, and cards but no flowers. I understand this could very well be a dasher issue, but one of the two should've realized this was an issue. The second order was 2 bouquets for my wife and daughter, both labeled as "24 count" however both bouquets only contained a dozen.

The Premium Red Rose Bouquet (12ct) red roses ordered for Valentines showed up smashed, squeezed into plastic wrap not anything close to fresh. very wilted and cheap looking. They were not even removed from the plastic in the Glass Bella Vase – Clear 8.75” the Vase was empty with no water. I understand it's a busy day, but this was just emberassing when I saw what was delivered to my loved one. stick to grocery stores and real florists. this was not worth 70$.

This is Not! A Flower & Gift Boutique shop it's a convenience store similar to Gopuff... I got the Deluxe Red Rose Bouquet 24ct roses it was just 2x Dozen roses thrown together in a brown bag
