My mom sent a picture right away. The flowers looked great. I'm in AZ and expecting a baby, so I loved being able to send something for my mom's birthday and appreciated the affordability! I am very grateful for The Flower & Gift Boutique! 🥰

I ordered flowers as a gift for a very special occasion, including an ‘I love you’ card to make the gesture even more meaningful. Unfortunately, the flowers arrived in a Halloween-themed wrapper, even though the order was placed on November 12th—nearly two weeks after Halloween. So this felt inappropriate and out of season. Even worse, the flowers arrived wilted and near death, which was disappointing and completely took away from the moment. This experience left me very dissatisfied, and I would have expected more attention to detail and quality from this shop, esp after reading so many positive reviews.

I paid ~50 for flower delivery and chocolates.
At the last minute I was notified The Flower & Gift Boutique ran out of flowers and was delivering just the chocolates and was too late to cancel the order.
I ended up paying almost $40 for chocolate deliver, I also kept my mom waiting for the delivery to arrive .
overall very disappointed with this order and paying $40 for lindor chocolates.
how does a flower boutique run out of flowers on Mother's Day???????? that's like the super bowl for flower shops.
I would never again order from the Flower & Gift Boutique, such a waste of money and time!!
