The flower quality was great! Ordered the Premium Red Rose Bouquet (12ct) and they were fresh & beautiful. Glad I took a chance on ordering from this place for my first time. Will be ordering again for many friends & family in the future.

Although the delivery was done on time, the product was terrible! It didn't look anything like the illustration on the website or the same bouquet with a vase delivered to the same address on 10/5!
The flowers and stems look scrawny, and they there was no usable vase delivered just a small dish that couldn't possibly hold long stem Flowers. I am seriously disappointed and will not use the flower and gift boutique again to deliver flowers in Austin. I feel like I am the victim of a bait and switch scam.
I am an enthusiastic DoorDash user and this is the worst experience I've ever had with DoorDash. If the vendor can't supply what I ordered, the order should've been canceled.

The flowers they sent don't look like what I paid for. They look like flowers I could've bought at a grocery store and not from a professional flower shop.
