the fish was good but the red beans and rice and the gumbo I didn't like the taste. I think it was the onions that were used.

The gumbo I literally got no sausage not one, and only one shrimp nothing but a rice dish with sauce. The Cajun chicken don't give me Cajun it was not terribly bad but fjr the price do better, the best thing was the side salad and the ranch cup was only half filled. Please do better.

The texture 10, the batter light and crispy. Taste, I prefer a little more seasoning. The dipping sauce was good too
