We go to an S & H factory whenever we have something going on near one. There was one, literally around the corner, they closed, bummer.
Anyway, we've found their portions are generous, the meats are delicious and fresh. They use fairly high quality meats, i.e. not a lot of fat in the hams or steak sandwich meats. I also like their salads, especially the chicken club((?) with fresh avocado and crispy lettuce.
They aren't cheap, but, you get a good meal.
One negative aspect I've noticed, this may be minor, from location to location, there's no uniformity to the salad mixture and/or amounts of ingredients. I dont know how one could regulate the amount of lettuce or onions, or the size of a chicken breast, lol. Just an observation.
One other thing and this will annoy the franchise owners, when you go to a store known for a specific product, i.e., steaks & hoagies, be careful what other items you order. noticed negative comments on their wings, if you want wings go to a wing place!

Food has always been good, sizing is confusing at times. Mini is about 6inches, half is about 12inches and the full is two 12inches. I love the Chicken Cordon Bleu Sandwich gotten it several times. The curly fries were great and classic curly fries, that needed a little extra crisping but everything is delicious

food is pretty good though they changed their chicken wings and they are not good.... also the prices are outrageous...I can get the same food at another place for half the price but besides that it's good

Fries are always good. Chicken has def changed. Used to be really good but is tot diff now and not nearly as good. Chicken was just not good. Will try again in a few weeks to see if this was a one off as Ihad ordered before and it was always good
