Terrible experience! Sent 2 of our 3 salads to us with no lettuce! How do you make a salad with no lettuce!? Unbelievable...then we go to pick up the corrected salad got an attitude and a thrown together salad that still wasn't right. $50 for corn and soggy tater tots. Would never ever order there again....never. Not to mention their open salad bar is right in front of the door where everyone walks in not covered. Absolutely terrible experience. It's not "garden city" it's "ruby Tuesdays" don't fall for the name change like I did.

ordered a salad and loaded baked potato (for an additional 5.50). for over $23! They left off any salad dressing from my salad and as anyone can see, the world's tiniest- least loaded baked potato. Totally disappointed

I am not one to complain, but this experience was really bad. First, I ordered 2 sweet teas, $8, but did not receive any drinks. I ordered a LARGE loaded baked potato with extra sour cream, $13. What I received was an insult, to say the least. 2 1/2" cut potato with seasoning sprinkled, no bacon, no cheese, no chives, 1 sour cream, 2 butter. I am so curious to see what the "small" looks like, tater tot?? Not an exaggeration either. The fried zucchini looked like it had been burnt and soaked in oil, and the Mexican bowl... although it contained plenty of steak, the pieces were huge chunks that were so tough not even my dog was interested. Unheard of!!! Overall, I paid $45 for this DoorDash experience, which was my first and last order most definitely. I was sure I was being punk'd bc it seemed like a complete joke.

I really enjoy the food. It has been consistently good. I do have one request, please use the tamper seal to actually seal the food, not just hold the receipt on the bag. I really prefer to not have to worry about if the food was tampered with or not. Unfortunately, that's the standard nowadays. Thank you.
