The Brisket Birria Grilled Cheese was insanely good. Tip: Cut the sandwich lengthwise so you can dip it in the little cup of red chile consomme.

The Black Caesar was incredibly dry for a salad but good flavor. The Brisket Birria Grilled Cheese was okay.
