Absolutely delicious. every bit. the enormous and clearly homemade pita and fresh and delicious Baba Ganoush made me so happy. So glad to have a treasure like this restaurant in the valley.

Baba Ganoush is excellent 👌full of flavor and the pita is fresh and tastes homemade with a delightful texture. Shish Tawook Sandwich is a lot of food that is also huge on flavor. Overall, a great out of the ordinary experience 👍

truly the best hummus I've had since I tasted a home made secret recipe Ive never been able to replicate. its not try-hard hummus like most places. Delicate yet flavorful and soooo smooth!! the Chicken Kebab Sandwich is also amazing. Dolma isn't bad but its not what im used to.very sweet sauce on the outside. Good but not what i thought I was ordering. Hummus Plate was the best though!! simple yet delicious. great price for the amount too Im full.

Hummus with Lamb was absolutely delicious, the hummus was the best I've had in Boise (outside of the Middle East). The presentation (in a plastic container ) was TERRIBLE. Too much olive oil was in the container, and the lamb was NOT as pictured! Skip the yogurt drink, and get some kefir. I will call this restaurant for help, but I will order this Hummus with Lamb again.

The lamb shank was tender and juicy, plus didn't get much of the smell of lamb (which was good for me!). The Mansaf sauce on top with nuts made it more delicious.
