I absolutely LOVE the Green's Bistro for their ALWAYS FRESH, QUALITY, healthy options. I can be a tad picky and they're happy to accommodate my needs/wants. The crew at The Green's is top notch - pleasant & friendly 100% of the time! Whether dine-in or or take-out, I highly recommend my Ashland fave, The Green's Bistro!!

My all-time favorite salad~the Asian Chicken Salad!! The Greens knows how to pack flavor, color, and nutrition into one gorgeous edible package! They make their own Asian dressing to compliment this menu item and it is DELICIOUS. Today I got a cup of soup on the side, Minestrone I think, and it was sooooo tasty! Many restaurant soups are too salty for me...this was not. It was perfectly seasoned and was full of a variety of veggies + beans and pasta.

Smoothie had a good flavor but was a little too liquidy and quite small. Went on a limb and got soup without knowing what kind, ended up being a very delicious veggie soup, and the wrap was good, as always.

I absolutely LOVE the Greens Bistro BBQ Chicken Flatbread!
It is just toasted to perfection, perfect portion, and extremely flavorful. I have yet to be disappointed by them!!
