• 7/18/23Im a trucker from Alabama and decided to come here for lunch. Man im glad I did!!! Cajun Steak Fries OMG! Seasoned to perfection. The ingredients blended together so Heavenly. Western Burger the best western I've ever tasted & Im a Western style burger fanatic. Truly out done yourselves.

• 2/15/26i cant lie that Patty Melt with the chili sauce was so good it almost made me cry. the Really Philly Quesadilla was really good too. all the cheesy deliciousness i ordered a huge amount of fries were fresh and hot when it arrived. I think I found my new favorite food spot. Definitely ordering again this week.

• 3/15/26I always overlooked this place because it seemed too expensive. I decided to give it a shot anyway and I'm thoroughly impressed. The sandwiches are well worth what they cost, they're huge and beautifully made. Nice high quality tin packaging is awesome too. The ROC Bomb Melt was almost too much for me to finish, and I'm not a small eater by any means. The beef patties are surprisingly not greasy and don't soften the bread, and in fact NOTHING was greasy like you'd expect. I don't review often, but this place really earned it. Thank you Grilled Cheese Factory, for your high standards, its hard to find these days 🙏

• 11/17/22The fried pickles were decent, but the sandwich was meh. It was $14 for the sandwich and fries but I got maybe a handful of fries. To spend almost $30 with delivery and fees, tip... it was barely even "okay." I'd go elsewhere.

• 3/16/26i don't normally write reviews, but this place is phenomenal. i got the loaded fries and triple cheese grilled cheese and it was amazing. 10000000/10. portion sizes are great, i have some leftover for another meal. would definitely order from here again.
