The food is good but the service is not. Every time I order they either forget blue cheese or give ranch instead. Pay extra for blue cheese because 1 small cup for a pound of chicken isn’t enough and it’s either missing or it’s ranch. Disappointing every time

Found a piece of bone in the burger. The Mac and cheese barely had any cheese on the noodles so it was basically a noodle burger. Onions were inedibly spicy. Burgers weren't very flavorful. Technically it  was a very big portion. 
Usually hanger is great but I suppose we should've stayed with just getting the chicken

Literally put cheese fries in thin parchment paper so the entire lower layer was fused with paper and functionally couldn't be separated. What happened to the nice foil tray this used to be served with? Soggy and nasty. Packaging matters for to go orders. 3/6 bone in wings were also broken, which while not inedible, was certainly unpleasant.
