If you plan on going in, go in with a patient attitude, as the atmosphere is extremely casual, and the servers will in fact not be at your beck and call. However, it seems obvious that the patrons are quite fine with that, and that's probably because this is a hangout joint more than a food service joint.
Other than that, the food is excellent.

Fish & chips was NOT hand cut & battered; received 3 flat fillets that tasted breaded & frozen. Fries were cold & tasted old (& I live less than 5 minutes away)
