Decent sandwiches. Bread was a bit chewy, tasted kind of stale.
Chicken was way too spicy. I guess that's why its called Hot Italian.
Italian places shouldn't do French fries.

When you specialize in meatball subs... don't use gross generic "tastes like frozen bulk" meatballs. Especially at the price point it is at.
