I've been going to human bean daily for the last 10 years at least. Almost always get the same drink-chocolate Mac granita hand blended! Even in the winter yes, it's just a great drink! But I do get a Java chip when using DoorDash, and it is also a favorite! I love the quality of human bean, the people are all friendly and great at their job without being OVERLY friendly or loud. The baked goods are also really good, love coffee cake muffins :)

I have no other way to report this besides leaving a review. I usually order frequently from this location and have never had an issue. Just now, I ordered a Bagel with Xtra Cream Cheese, and I just received it with no cream cheese. I paid for extra and received none. I'm a little frustrated there isn't another way to contact to the store.

please label the drinks.. they all look similar, however, its risky when someone has allergies to certain fruits to try each of them to figure out which is which
