The Bagels was tiny for the price. Seemed like a storebought bagel. The cream cheese is also just a tiny little container, expensive for the price. However the Mexi Mocha is amazing. They wrote my name cute on the cup and bag.

Used to be a go-to but last order just wasn't it. Ordered an Italian soda and arrived with no flavoring so it was just expensive sparkling water. Granitas are my usual here but this time they definitely added sugar packets to my drink, so much there's a layer of sugar on the bottom of my drink unlike any other granita I've had from here.

The photo shown is how it arrived. typically there are 4 of the chocolate covered coffee beans. they are also usually in a small plastic bag. I believe that this is evidence that the driver was mishandling if not consuming part of my order.
coffee is always great. I just won't touch what was evidently tampered with

Tasty and hot coffee, sandwich was a little overtoasted and for some reason they put a napkin in the bag wrapped around the sandwich so I had to peel tiny pieces of napkin off of it that stuck on pretty good, but I'd get it again. Good spice, solid biscuit.

This was my first time trying The Human Bean, I've heard such good things. Sadly I was really disappointed. The iced coffee tasted like watered down hot chocolate and the bagels were so hard that I couldn't eat them, I reheated them to soften them but it didn't help. I really wanted to love everything. 😔 That was an expensive disappointment.
