For lunch, I ordered Get Hands Dirty - .5 Shrimp with no heads in the Juicy Special sauce. It was delicious and still hot upon receipt. It was filling and hit the spot.

Everything was made well. I got sauce on the side so it wouldn’t be as messy but will not do that again because all the seasoning is at the bottom of this huge container and they didn’t include any utensil or gloves as requested so it was a very messy, but decent quality food. Wish the sausage was cooked a little longer, but the crab,corn, egg, potatoes all really good.

The taste was decent, The Juicy Crab I've ordered from Athens was way better .. until a new owner took over. The portion of potatoes was very little ( I've seen bigger potatoes served at other places ). The freshness wasn't 100% there... the taste of the food and the freshness was maybe 5/10.. I may order again iffff it was less salty, and more potatoes! The crab legs were a good amount though!

Hi, I’m requesting a full refund for my recent pickup order from Juicy Crab.
Both of my custom seafood bags were not edible due to severe quality issues. The seafood appeared to be old or improperly cooked. The shrimp was extremely hard to the point that it broke apart on its own when I tried to peel it. The crab legs were unusually hard and difficult to crack, almost as if they were dried out. The crawfish had the same texture.
The entire meal lacked flavor and freshness, and the texture of the seafood made it clear that it was either overcooked or not fresh. Because of this, I was unable to eat the food at all.
This was a significant quality issue, not a taste preference. I would like a full refund for this order.

Way too salty!!! Overdid the seasoning. Came in plastic bags, leaking and hard to manage. Very small portions and missing corn on the cob side item. Customer Service was inadequate and NOT helpful at all!
