The Kitchen rocks. Thursdays are the best day---the pork steak is a sure win but I was in the mood for BBQ Chicken, and theirs never disappoints. The sides are also cooked to perfection. Highly recommended if you're looking for some solid homestyle cooking.

everything tastes homemade. the portions are huge, especially for the price you pay. the Chicken Fettuccine was delicious, and the cornbread was pillowy soft and moist. probably the best cornbread i've ever had, it wasn't super crumbly and dry like most are. the Red Beans were unfortunately extremely salty for my tastes, but seasoned very well. i'll probably just cook up some white rice, thin out the sauce, and have the leftovers. everything came warm too, perfect eating temperature. there was also a slice of cake in each plate, which was a nice surprise. i think i've found my new go-to spot for plate lunches. can't wait to try their other items.

This was the second time I ordered from this restaurant and will be my last. The portion sizes are too small for the price customers have to pay. I ordered red beans and sausage plate. I received a huge plate of rice with 5 slices of sausage.

I'm so sorry but it tasted like grease. The description is very misleading so please call before ordering. $16 for 1 turkey wing on rice with grease gravy, undressed salad, greasy flavorless cornbread, and unseasoned green beans. They also charged $4 for a Large Drink they didn't even give the driver after he reminded them. Doordash isn't helpful with resolutions so just call before ordering anywhere.

Whoever is cooking the Smothered Pork Chop Tuesday, get used to me cause this is going to become a Tuesday ritual now! Big portions, good food, great prices!
