I really like this coffee I feel like other places just give u cream and flavoring if your a tru coffee lover who likes the taist of actual coffee you'd enjoy this place.

I was disappointed I didn't get a straw, my Parfait Kup was missing and of course I didn't get a spoon for that but that doesn't matter becauseI didn't receive it anyway. While I appreciate the stickers to cover the openings on the lids, getting the sticker off my Kandy Kup was a little difficult. I also appreciate the communication from The Kozy Kup because a note was written on my drink. I LOVE Chocolate covered coffee beans so I was very happy about that and it's a great portion with a convenient bag. The Bagel Sandwich was a little cold by the time I got it but I think that was from the delivery guy being late. It tastes good though. Oh, and I like the Kandy Kup. I was excited that you can add the cbd. I would still order from The Kozy Kup again because I can tell they really put an effort into their service, mistakes happen and it could be the driver that forgot the Parfait Kup.

My second time ordering, food both times were great! Super yumm, the coffee's that I got both times were okay. Tasted like burnt coffee both times, like really strong not much flavor- so little disappointed on the coffee part:( But service was fast, would order food again.

I love Kozy Kup, this was the first time I ordered it on door dash and I am disappointed, not sure if this is a jalapeno bagel but it look and tastes plain to me. Coffee is ok.
I'll probably just go in to order instead.
