• 2/5/26I was disappointed I didn't get a straw, my Parfait Kup was missing and of course I didn't get a spoon for that but that doesn't matter becauseI didn't receive it anyway. While I appreciate the stickers to cover the openings on the lids, getting the sticker off my Kandy Kup was a little difficult. I also appreciate the communication from The Kozy Kup because a note was written on my drink. I LOVE Chocolate covered coffee beans so I was very happy about that and it's a great portion with a convenient bag. The Bagel Sandwich was a little cold by the time I got it but I think that was from the delivery guy being late. It tastes good though. Oh, and I like the Kandy Kup. I was excited that you can add the cbd. I would still order from The Kozy Kup again because I can tell they really put an effort into their service, mistakes happen and it could be the driver that forgot the Parfait Kup.

• 3/7/26My second time ordering, food both times were great! Super yumm, the coffee's that I got both times were okay. Tasted like burnt coffee both times, like really strong not much flavor- so little disappointed on the coffee part:( But service was fast, would order food again.

• 7/7/26I love Kozy Kup, this was the first time I ordered it on door dash and I am disappointed, not sure if this is a jalapeno bagel but it look and tastes plain to me. Coffee is ok.
I'll probably just go in to order instead.
