The Kroft is one of my go to places when I'm in the mood for some comforting food. It's one of the only places in OC where you can get good quality poutine and their Classic doesn't disappoint. Their creative 2 Pc Cheeseburger Eggroll also never cease to satisfy me. If you want something unique, local, comforting and packed with flavors, check them out.

Firstly, the Chili Mac was supposed to be for my son when he gets home later, but I decided to give it a taste. Let's just say it's half gone now. The 2 Pc Cheeseburger Eggroll, those I saved him one of those. They're good but a bit too mustard-y for me. And finally, the Loco Moco, my goodness, I could only finish half, but not because it wasn't absolutely delish (It twas Amazing)...only because the portion is so hearty, it could feed 2. Definitely coming back here soon (or having it come to me, either way). Mad props to this place and the layers of flavors in every single bite. 👌

The fries were soggy and very basic. The Leftover Sandwich is good, but it tastes just like Earl of Sandwich's except the bread isn't as tasty and it is twice the price. Just stick to Earl if you want a Thanksgiving sandwich.

We wanted something different for a late lunch and came across The Kroft. OMG! If you're in the mood for comfort food, GOOD comfort food, this is the place. We ordered the Country Fried Chicken and Brasied Beef. Both entrees were outrageously delicious and the portions very generous. The "takeout" presentation was first class in beautiful, carefully constructed boxes that you can eat from and store your leftovers.
