• 2/17/24My partner and I celebrated Valentine's day this weekend and saw a promotion, so decided to give this place a shot for our special meal. He ordered the Hot Head Chicken Melt and I ordered the Mississippi Delta Sliders. The food was presented beautifully and tasted even better. He said the sandwich was the best sandwich he ever had and it came with a side of crispy home made potato chips with the perfect crunch. My sliders were the most flavorful combination of food I have had in a while. The creaminess of the cheese with the crunch of the chicken was perfection.
It was also very nice and clean inside. I did feel a little awkward/uncomfortable at one point as I sensed unhappiness from staff about ordering from DoorDash, but maybe I misheard.
It is located in Factory Square near a coffee place and a cupcake place, so is a nice stop for a fun outing. Overall, 5 stars and we will definitely be back

• 11/19/25The menu was so enticing, I had a difficult time choosing what to get for lunch. Ultimately, I decided on the Wild Mushroom Swiss Grilled Cheese because I have never met a mushroom I didn't like...until now :( The mushrooms were overdone and old to the point of being black and rubbery, tasting only of char. Many were literally inedible. The bread was nice and crispy but the Swiss cheese was clearly old, hard at the edges and not even a little bit melted. Nothing about this sandwich seemed fresh. On the contrary, I wouldn't be surprised if this sandwich was leftover from the night before. I got the butternut squash bisque as a side, that was pretty good, a tad bland. My coworker enjoyed her Butternut Squash Ravioli but saved most of it for dinner on account of it being very heavy for the middle of the day. I ate most of my sandwich until I just couldn't anymore, mostly because I shudder to spend so much on a meal only to throw it in the bin. I just hope I don't regret it in a few hours. :/ Based on the other reviews, surely this is just a fluke, though I am not yet sure if I am willing to order again to see.

• 7/28/26the The A-1 Shaved Steak Grinder has a cheese on top I wasn't crazy about. Didn’t taste A1 at all. Sub could have used more steak. . the Southern Street Tacos (3) were tasty. I tries Chicken Mojitp. I will try Sweet N Heat Beef taco next.

• 7/20/25the lobster roll is bigger then the photo shows as i already took two big bites 😂) I was so in the mood for a lobster roll, but i'm always nervous about ordering them from delivery because they always get soggy during the ride but this was perfect. so good! the street corn was super good too! it's a bit expensive but it's worth it when everything is prepared the right way! I will definitely order again. thank you!

• 2/4/26Almost too pretty to eat but it was so yummy!!!! The only thing I would suggest is more of the salad dressing as it's a bit dry for my taste.
All in all definitely something to order again, The Lab doesn't disappoint!!!
