Steak frites tonight was (even after delivery) the most perfectly seasoned and seared rare steak of my dreams. I just wish the chimichurri was punchier. Excellent meal, thank you

I ordered the Steak Frites medium rare and the Crispy Buttermilk Fried Chicken Sandwich. My steak order was 4/5ths french fries and 1/5th steak. The steak had zero pink at all, was well-done and tough. For how much the meal is, this is not worth it.
The crispy chicken, while tasted good, was very drippy and bottom of sandwich got soggy over time because of it. Not my idea of "crispy." Ended up just eating the top bread b/c of its melted cheese and eating the chicken like it was a chicken strip.
Underwhelming experience for the price. I'd rather go to Islands

One star. Crab cakes were extremely small (and 1.5 inch circumference) and they were all BURNT on the bottom,.. the brussles were also burnt and broken into pieces, extremely dissapointed.

Eveything was delicious. My husband and I shared the Lemon Pepper Chicken Wings, the TLP wedge salad and Mama's meatballs. We loved it all. The Local Peasant never disappoints.

BEST Fish & Chips in the Valley! They use Red Snapper and it's absolutely mouth-watering!
