I don't normally have issues with the loop but this order was a definite miss. One Loop Burger had cheese even though it wasn't supposed to, and the *Onion Rings appetizers only had 8 rings for a whopping $9. We also didn't receive two ketchup sides that were supposed to be with the burgers. Aside from that, the food was delicious, though.

This is the last time we order from The Loop.
We have always loved The Loop and have been willing to pay their much higher cost but this is the second time the quality has been awful. We ordered a cheeseburger plain with pickles, fries, a salad and onion rings. The styrofoam container said Glad like they got it from a grocery store. The pickles were from a jar and their were two small slices. The cheese on the burger was not melted the hamburger was cooked wrong. We got a second order of burnt fries instead of onion rings and the salad was old and not even enough to half fill the container and all this for the price of $40.00. And it wasn't like it was too busy, the order was done at 4:00 on a Tuesday.

Just not what is ex from a 4.7 review place.
The pizza is just one step up from a gas station pizza. Even there they have more toppings for a large pizza that was over $30.00 and came with minimal toppings and dry. Just not a good place to spend my money on. This will be my last time ord from here as Dominos is 10x's better. Just saying it is not what it seems.

they over cooked it, had like 4 baby pepperonis, and cheese and sauce was sparse. I'll go to the one on baymeadows cause this was a dissappintment
