the burger was made medium well like requested and was fantastic. the chicken fried chicken was some of the best I've ever had.

The Crabby Melt was not exactly what I expected (the sandwich is Texas toast, crab dip, tomato, bacon, and cheese), I did not have much crab dip on my sandwich, which is a huge reason I ordered it. The Tex Mex burger was great though, noted as hot but for the spicy eater, it was a top favorite.

The Chicken and Waffles as always is my favorite! The waffles are super soft yet crisp, and the chicken is amazing! The Cheesecake Jar, however did not come as order but our Dasher Kim ensured we knew what had happened and helped out as much as she could! The Southern Burger looks amazing and my partner said it hit the spot!

I've never had such expensive yet bland food. I've given them 3 different chances with different dishes and all were a huge miss. The fried chicken has no flavor or seasonings. They definitely are a bar and not a restaurant

I ordered the chicken chunks and selected “mild,” assuming it would be a mild buffalo sauce since that’s traditionally what mild or hot refers to. Unfortunately, they had very little flavor and seemed barely sauced — just a slight orange tint. I was expecting a mild buffalo taste, not no flavor. The chicken itself was cooked well, just disappointed in the seasoning.
I also ordered ranch and added an extra side for two additional ranches, but only received two total instead of three. Just wanted to share the feedback in case it helps with future orders. I would definitely order again as I do love the overall quality of the Mason Jar. It was fresh per usual... it would be helpful to mention portion size is the equivalent of 8 healthy chunks of wings to so those ordering are aware and know what to expect.
