The first time I order it was amazing! Very flavorful and they follow the special instructions. I ordered the hot mess. The hot mess is no longer on the menu. I hope they put it back on the menu.

My sandwich wasn't cooked all the way, the cheese wasn't even close to being melted it was ice cold. My fries were also ice cold and the dessert was a quarter of a slice of cheese cake thrown in a box with a few strawberries and broke pieces of bunt cake. So not cool first and last time i order from there. Honestly I really want my money back because now im not eating and Im at work straight BS.

Received my sandwich and the meat was completely over cooked..charcoal...very frustrating for a $15.00 meal combo.

First time trying this place. The giddy up melt had hardly any meat. And I was given two tiny melts instead of the whole Talkin Turkey Melt . Not happy with any of the food. Fries were cold too
