Heres what I think of this new place. Delicious onion rings & sandwiches. There was a serious abse of any cheese but the flavor was on point. Def would return. A bit on the expensive side but I would return!

Ordered for the 1st time. Food was hot, bread was still crunchy from the grill. The hot n spicy was really good. Served grilled on sourdough bread & cut in half. My only issue was the chicken didnt fill the bread. So you get about half of each half before you run out of bread.
The Giddy up brisket sandwich had the same bread, also grilled and sliced. They spaced out the meat on the bread, which was ok to allow for bites but the flavor was missing. Meat was tender but just bland which is odd for bbq brisket.
Fries were on point. Crispy and hot.
I would try it again, maybe a different sandwich.l though.

There was only one small piece of cheese on each sandwich, not enough to cover the bread. the bread is dry and very little sauce on the sandwiches.

Last few times I ordered, the bread was not fully toasted and overly buttered. Everything else was good.

if I could give ZERO stars I would without a second thought....what the heck did I pay all that $$ for??? fries came with NO SEASONING at all and the giddy up melt is a giddy up MESS...it seriously looks like they just tossed a few charcoal briquettes in between some bread and charged me $14...I need my money back YESTERDAY
