I would get it again, it's the first time I have ordered door dash and everything been correct! Food was very good! Portions were good, food was fresh and warm.

I had high hopes for the “Giddy Up & Go” from The Meltdown, but this was honestly one of the worst sandwiches I’ve received. Burnt meat, messy presentation, and it looked thrown together with zero effort dry and tasteless. It didn’t taste much better than it looked. For the price, this was extremely disappointing.

However, my review is intended to note the clear disconnect between the customer and the order fulfillment.
NEARLY ALL RELEVANT DETAILS WERE OVERLOOKED!!!
Ordered: 2 Combos
Combo #1 : No pickles on sandwich, Onion rings, Root beer
Combo #2: French Fries w/Ranch (Extra charge), Coke Zero.
Received:
#1 Sandwhich w/ 4 pickles, No Onion rings, Root beer
#2 Sandwhich, No Fries, Ranch dressing, Regular Coke.
Since ALL details other than the Sandwhich name, and Ranch were disregarded. Dinner for 2 VERY HUNGRY travelors required A LOT of compromises!
My wife swapped sandwiches, since pickles make me sick, but caramelized onions don't. She drank water since she doesn't tolerate sugary sodas. contained sugar. The catchup and the ranch dressing (paid extra) were completely useless, and we use tissues from the bathroom for napkins.
My review is based on service, not the food, but DETAILS MATTER!
We are vacationing from out of town, staying at an airport hotel w/a bar that serves only snacks, and provides transportation to the airport. We like to support local restaurants, so DoorDash was a reasonable option for us.
My rating is by no means a reflection on the restaurant itself.
