ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC!!! All flavors I have tried are spot on and it is completely frozen when you receive it.
They even sent some spoons and napkins without my asking which was unexpected and thoughtful.
They are great to deal with and keep late hours too.
DEFINITELY RECOMMEND!!! 5 STARS!!!Fresh Pack

• 2/15/24We ordered the Banana Split Ice Cream and the Coconut Coconut Creampie Cheesecake to share, and even though we have had them before and we regularly order from The Melting Spot, once again they totally exceeded our wildest expectations!!! The Banana Split's ice cream was freezing cold and not even slightly melted, while the Hot Fudge, in a separate container, was hot and poured delectably on top of the whipped cream and cherry!! The Coconut Cheesecake was smooth and creamy, and absolutely decadent in it's simplicity. We both agreed we couldn't have choose two better desserts....that is, unless we had ordered the whole menu!!! Absolutely recommend The Melting Spot to anyone with a discerning sweet tooth, and the best part is that they're open until midnight!!!

• 6/5/24This is my first time eating here.. The donuts were stale with a minimum amount of cinnamon sugar on them. I ordered birthday cake ice cream but instead of cake pieces it has chocolate chips? Which makes it almost taste sour? Really awful after taste. Super disappointed. Way overpriced for the taste/quality

• 12/30/23I would expect, for the price, that your cheesecake wouldn't be frozen. It tasted good, But I could have bought two holes from the supermarket for what you charged, And they probably would have tasted just the samer better.
