The Molly's Grit Bowl is my go to. It's creamy and so well done. However, in the past month, the portion is noticeably smaller (grits are 3/4 of previous and the micro greens are about a tablespoon's worth now). It's a quite expensive dish for what it is now.

The bacon was very small and rubbery. The fruit cup was put in a sauce container with 2 pieces of melon with rind still on there. The biscuit was hard and basically inedible with way too much herbs. Will not order again or go to this restaurant.

The portions for the price are great! I ordered three separate dishes concerned that I wouldn't have enough to share between my son and I (and slices of bacon for our large dog, of course)! But every meal ordered came with a lot. The three dishes we got will probably last us 5+ meals/snacks! As far as the food went, I loved the frosting on the cinnamon roll especially. It was a great treat! Frosting was not too thick or thin, almost like a whipped but rich frosting. Hashbrowns are tasty, they definitely have a little bit of an onion taste to them. I liked it! Every slice of bacon was cooked just right, nothing too crispy or too soft. I did add a small sprinkle of salt across pretty much everything except for the cinnamon rolls to bring out extra flavor—but I feel like the way they serve all of the food allows everyone to have the option of more or less salt, and the meal is still tasty regardless. And that's a very good choice to have for people's health. Overall, I feel like this place does a great job delivering a full breakfast, especially at the last second. Absolutely several steps above iHop, haha. Thank you!

Best vegan options in town. Vegan Burrito and vegan huevos rancheros are great. Forever grateful for this place in bozeman, and i've been a regular customer for at least 5 years. However i've noticed the portions start to dramatically shrink over the past last year as prices stay the same or get more expensive. I know some restaurants due this to recoup losses from doordash fees, but i've also noticed this portion shrinkage when i eat at nova in person. Additionally, nova has become an unreliable option due to doordash orders regularly being turned off when I want to order. Still a lovely breakfast spot but starting to fall a little out of favor for me.

Ordered Nova's Stuffed French Toast and was highly disappointed. One side of the bread was French the other half just toast. The cream cheese was literally 2 cups in a soup cup. Nothing stuffed about it and definitely did not look like the picture you advertise.
