• 9/6/26It is yummy and you get a lot for what you pay for, but they can get very busy and your order may get delayed significantly despite paying extra for rush.

• 3/24/26Too good. I think I gain 2 lbs every time I dine on The Old Soaghetti Factory..I swear. Ridiculous how yummy all of their food is! Never had something bad or less than their superb CONSISTENCY of. Truly special& signature dishes always FLAVORED perfectly! Try the mitzithra and browned butter sauce..To Die For. And go ahead & splurge for the meatballs & Italian sausage. You are going to devour the warm baked sourdough loaf & whipped butter they start you out with anyway! They even sweeten the finale of your meal with a dainty .but appropriate serving of their housemate Spumoni ice cream!! Who else does this??!! I cannot think of any competition that does in the food industry!
Oh..yeah..here's last tip- TRY their broccoli..you will thank me later.

• 1 day agoI used to love this place. Not only did we just receive a bunch of lettuce without dressing, croutons or cheese for our Caesar Salad but the macaroni and cheese had zero flavor and we had to add salt to the spaghetti. So so bad, and not cheap. Would recommend you spend your money elsewhere.

• 5/21/25I placed a to go order and am totally disappointed with the lack of quality in the food I ordered. The "upgraded" salad was nothing but lettuce with a few dried-out carrot slices. The tortellini had some alfredo sauce but was primarily the butter sauce because of the oil in the bottom of the to go container. The side order of diced chicken was maybe 10 pieces - for $6.00...
We spent over $60.00 on 2 meals. I had plans of making reservations for friends & family coming to Medford this weekend. However, I won't be making reservations due to the food lacking quality, quantity, and being overpriced for what you get.

• 9/7/25I've eaten at the restaurant which was great so I was disappointed with my food through DoorDash. The lettuce in my salad was not fresh and starting to go. I ordered the Mushroom Sauce Pasta & Two Meatballs. There wasn't much sauce on either. Only about 2 tablespoon on the meatballs and barely enough to cover the pasta.
