• 8/29/2310/10 will be ordering again! Food arrived in perfect condition and hot, really nice to have fresh complimentary bread that comes with my spaghetti, and the minstrone was delicious and healthy! I'm pretty picky about where I order spaghetti, but this place did not disappoint at all. Spaghetti Factory understands "hearty!"

• 11/26/24Serving size and meat sauce quantities dont match the pictures. It was way less food. I expected more for nearly 30 dollars an entree. You're OSW not Maggianos. Price yourself accordingly I'll just go to Maggianos.

• 1/11/25The price is outrageous for flavorless pasta. The Breast of Chicken Fettuccine tastes like a microwaveable cardboard box dish. I should not have to season your food! There are multiple Italian restaurants in town with delicious flavorful sauces and this just is not one of them. Even the soda was gross. Only thing that was decent was the Tiramisu. Oh and the minestrone soup! Y'all should sell that by itself!

• 3/19/24First time eating from the Old Spaghetti Factory and what a treat. It was fantastic. The only thing I wish was different is the portions were a little bigger for the price, at least the salad portion. However, what you pay for is realistically the perfect portion size. The food is fulfilling and you don't feel as if you over indulged. Plus desert is included. The creamy pesto salad dressing is delicious. I hope to see in house delivery available in the future and absolutely recommend this restaurant.
