the chicken itself was great but the Mac and Cheese was bland with way too much cheese. Suggest adding a little spice to it, to add a little more flavor.

Avoid. The food is not as pictured, you get okay fries but they're not crinkle cut like pictured. The breading on the chicken is very very odd. Also, if you pick a flavor, they won't add the flavor. They also won't include any side sauces, both the included ones and the ones you added on. Go for Cluckers over this place.

The "xtra hot" chicken had no spice whatsoever. It was also dry and bland. Thoroughly disappointing; the exact opposite of what I'd expect for the absolute hottest heat level.
The sides tasted much better. Fries were nice and crispy. Mac and cheese was nice and creamy.

Ordered a The Original Chicken Sando Combo and a chicken Add a Tender. The sandwich did not come with two tenders as listed in the menu, it only came with 1. I also paid 4 dollars for a dry chicken tender. My receipt shows the flavors that I picked, and got two dry pieces of chicken. The extra chicken tender that i ordered was just taken off my sandwich.

Very very bland, no spice, tiny chicken tenders, mac and cheese had zero flavor, very oily. Overall not good.
