After the loss of her husband, John, "Mama" Ninfa Laurenzo founded the Original Ninfa's on Navigation in 1973. She began by grilling skirt steak and serving it in tortillas made by her family's failin…
I usually dine in but ordered in today...I was not disappointed!!! Their taco plate w rice and beans was so fresh. All the sides and fixings were individually and neatly packaged. The chips and queso were delicious and moved me to write this. Thats usually not the case. The little things, THANK YOU NINFAS! I will order from yoi guys again!

The rice was absolutely amazing, the beans were ok, the tortillas were good but at $38 for the order I would've thought there would be more than 4 tortillas. The fajitas were not that great, they were extremely chewy, under- seasoned and overcooked. The chips and hot sauce were pretty good. Definitely not the Ninfa's I remember though.

I typically love ninfas but this is supposed to be the side of guac for $5?? i know times are really rough right now but damn. it's almost the same sized container as the salsas they pack for free the stock photo they use in the menu is VERY misleading.

This was my first time trying the Sopa Azteca and it was excellent! See it pictured here in my favorite soup bowl. Great job, Ninfa's! As usual, your food is incredible.

Not the old Ninfas. Quality has gone down and prices have gone up. Still good, just not great. So many other options out there now - no longer the go-to Tex-Mex. Kind of sad actually. Good in a pinch!
