The last two times I've ordered the portions were significantly smaller. French fries not full. Fries super salty. Steak overdone. Used to love this place, but after two bad experiences in a row I'm not sure I'll be back.

The Chicken Bacon Ranch sandwich was extremely dry and small for being a large sandwich . I had requested provolone cheese and cheese whiz, and looked like there was neither. The Pizza Fries were excellent. The Fresh Cut Fries were extremely cold and limp. Unsure if I will try them again.

Usually REALLY good! This time around, the fries and tots were coated is so much seasoning and salt. We couldnt handle them. We love the sandwiches, and trying their new Hangover was a GREAT idea! Very filling and a wee bit spicy.

Ordered two sandwiches neither came with with the extras i paid for and barely had chicken on them! Bread was stale as well Def stick to Charleys , Dave's Jersey or jj at least they give you a good sandwich👎👎👎
