My second time ordering from here and I still say the food is great! From the hangover last time to The Ultimate this time, the sandwich is perfect. Cajun Fries are on point! Food arrived quickly, fresh, warm, and delicious. I highly recommend!

I have frequented this location many times and have never had any issues. Im not sure what happened tonight, I ordered 2 large chicken bacon ranch cheesesteaks (bogo deal, still a 22$ sandwich) and there was barely anything inside the bread. Almost no filling at all and I can't tell if there is even cheese. Both sandwiches were like this. Very disappointed

not great. the philly was underfilled and swimming in mayo :( the fries were very good but the cheese whiz was very pungent and sharp. i don't think i would order again

Looks are deceiving. Pictures show adult sized portions; the version I got was mostly bread. It was a bad value even with the DoorDash pass price. Not a good value at all. Would not order again.
Taste was good as well as freshness. Fries were soggy.

I've been waiting for a serious cheat day to order from this store, and oh man they did not let me down!!!!
I got The Ultimate to try and then save for a later meal - ate half of it on accident, oops. So good.
Have never seen a "fast casual" restaurant that had hot Pretzel with Whz, so I had to try that, too. They deep fry them and it made me realize that I want all my hot pretzels to be deep fried. Slight con on this, there was a ton of salt on the bottom of the paper basket that was just a sponge for all the extra oil from the pretzel.
Also wanted to get the Onion Rings to try because onion rings, and they were great, but really, really crumbly. The coating (which was delicious) just did not wanna stay on the onion. They also have a pretty good dipping sauce to go with them!
I have zero idea if they're legitimately authentic "Philly", but I'll rate every cheesesteak place in Philly (when I go) against this restaurant.
