the peach cobbler factory is an excellent place to treat the sweet tooth. We will definitely be going there more to try other things. The BLACKBERRY PEACH COBBLER was an excellent combination of sweet and just a little tart. The STRAWBERRY COBBLER was deliciously sweet and filling

Surprisingly good stuff! STUFFED CINNAMON ROLL was really good - not sure if I needed it to be stuffed but solid cinnamon roll regardless. The PEANUT BUTTER & JELLY PUDDING was incredible too. Not super sweet. The PEANUT BUTTER & PRALINE BROWNIE was so soft and very sweet. Everything was great all around. Definitely a really cool concept for a restaurant.

I've ordered from this place 3 times in the past 3 days. Everything is SO GOOD. The cobbler, especially the cherry, is phenomenal. So is the peach cinnamon praline. The only thing I wouldn't give 4/5 stars is the NYC cheesecake banana pudding.

Peach Cobbler was amazing. Arrived nice and hot with the ice cream on the side. The only thing I had a slight issue with was the cinnamon bun. Wish it was cooked a little more thoroughly, once I started eating the center portion it was straight dough. Still was good though (:

Portion size is quite small for the price (small sauce cups) and the flavors are incredibly sweet.
