• DoorDash orderas someone who has spent years near Philadelphia, this is far from an authentic Philly. I love to season my food, but this is over seasoned to the point of inediblelity not to mention whatever seasoning it is they are putting on the sandwich doesn't belong on a Philly. The meat was dry, there wasn't enough cheese, and they apparently don't have mayo, which is a staple for Philly cheeses cheesesteaks. A good Philly isn't hard to make, it's just thin cut sirloin with salt and pepper and cheese, maybe onion and bell peppers if you like. This isn't a philly
