I don't understand it but I go to this place all the time and love their insalata salad but every time I order it delivery, it's like $20 bucks and they never get it right! I keep trying because I love it but once again it came completely wrong. The insalata salad in store has romaine. Today I got mixed greens. The salad dressing was finally right but every other time I order it, it comes with a cheap grocery store packet because they don't send the good stuff in a deli cup.
It's a $20 salad - it should be right.

Great vegan and gluten free options, I ordered the PYO with vegetables and vegan cheese while the family had The Tribune and The Press Cheese. I'm not a fan of wasteful packing however I would like to see them in a sealed bag since they are being delivered by delivery drivers that don't work for the company and there for don't have a pizza bag to protect our food.
