I've always been curious to try the Plot Express ever since they came to Carlsbad and it did not disappoint! I had the superior Crunchwrap (Taco Bell who???) and the chicken bites. Everything tasted soooo fresh and made with love from scratch. The sauces were a delicious extra touch to the food. You don't have to be plant based to enjoy this amazing flavorful food!

The Spring Roll salad is delicious and absolutely  huge!  The veggies were super fresh and the rice noodles made the salad really filling. The noodles were a little dry but perfect once I mixed them in with the lettuce and dressing.

The Cubano is awesome, second time we've ordered it and it tastes excellent. Today I tried the Chicken Caprese Sando for the first time and it was delicious, the flavors that make up that sandwich complement each other so well. Only slight bummer is the price, but honestly it's worth it.

Harissa Chicken Schwarma is AMAZING. And the Cubano tastes sooo much like a real cuban! 😍 Springroll salad is super filling and flavorful, as is the gyro plate.  The off-menu breakfast burrito is also excellent. Without you guys I'd be going hungry half the time for lack of options! Thanku!

The Cubano was fantastic. The gyro was amazing. The sauce with the truffle fries was delicious. I love The Plot and The Plot Express did not disappoint. I'm from Chicago and anytime I'm in the San Diego area, The Plot is a definite stop for me!
