As you see, presentation was on point. The food has this nice aroma to it. The fish was freshly fried and the shito which is the black sauce tasted good. I will give this a 9.5.

Im not familiar with this cultural dish.. but I didn't like... mainly because it's spicy and just as fresh as it looks in the pictures... which is not very fresh at all...the overall presentation leaves you wondering if it safe to eat. The taste was kind of "earthy" and I could imagine this maybe being a good dish. Just with diffent spices. But again that's prolly just how it's made. Yes it spicy! Not all parts but certain spots. I think the dark/black stuff specifically was the spicy
