The fish and other ingredients are fresh, however, relative to other poke restaurants I've tried the portions are quite small.

This place was super disappointing. I ordered a medium bowl and the protein portion sizes were super small. Barely any sauce was added and the meat was grey. The cucumbers and avocado also tasted expired.

The poke was interesting, the spicy tuna had a smokey flavor I'm not used to and I think people will either love it or hate it. Its certainly unique. The sauces I requested were either applied very lightly or left off completely as I did not pick up any of the flavor of sesame or ponzu.
The boneless wings I got as an add on had a nice flavor (classic buffalo) but one was comically small.

I paid extra for an extra large but the large gave 5 small scoops instead of 5 regular scoops.
