Authentic korean food marketed to health conscious midwesterns. This is simply the best korean food in Springfield. Try their bibimbap, I think its called a nourish bowl. On the West Coast we had Korean fairly often, but I think the Press does it better. They are in my top 3 favorites Springfield restaurants.

Even though my main order was for breakfast with a juice for cleanse, it was not what I expected. The Fresh Juice choice was celery base with pineapple and carrot, it was completely orange, carrot tasting only, and bitter, so did the pineapple or celery even make it in there? I have def made juices better. Very small cup also which was not the deal breaker the taste was. Next the Beauty Bowl - this was a harder one to quantify as so pretty, but not alot if the ingredients but mainly super cold base. The ingredients did seem quality but had to wait 20 minutes to eat as like ice cream type cold. The coconut being good/freshMore granola could have def helped this dish gave a extra half star. The star was my lunch the BAWI BEEF BULGOGI BOWL --this was the real deal. Excellent lean beef cooked correctly for bulgogi, the pickled radish and other toppers a 10. Great presentation. I will probably just order this dish as unsure about the other two on the regular.

I got the 3/$10 Tacos with vegan beef (which is probably just Morningstar crumbles), chickpeas, beans and corn, and avocado although the cilantro lime sauce. They forgot the avocado. It was good but they use the small 6 inch tortillas even for the flour ones. Nowhere near $20 portion size or quality. I selected "Plate 1" because they asked for what plate you want but don't explain on any website what the plates are. I think they just programmed wrong and none of them are different, but don't know. It only came with the 3 small Tacos, that's it.
I also got the Fresh Juice with carrot base with pineapple and mango. It looked terrible but tasted great. Drink was warm.
I also got a pineapple banana drink but can't remember the name. It looked great and tasted pretty good. The other one actually tasted better. Both drinks are just served in a small cup.
I also got the GF Vanilla Butter Cake Bar. It was good. It borders too sweet but nice and moist even if it didn't look it and I got the corner piece.
Food and drinks were good. It was just extremely overpriced.

The BREAKFAST BURRITO was incredible. I would definitely order it again. I wasn't expecting it to come with two different sauces or orange slices. The Hone Lavender Latte was also phenomenal.

Tried the Fresh Juice. It was very good. It seemed to have been through a strainer because it had a cleaner texture to it compared to home juicing I've done, but for the price it sure beats getting your own fruits and vegetables and running your juicer and cleaning everything afterwards. It's not perfect. Like, if I'm juicing at home, I'll tend to do more volume and get a heartier juice, but it's very, very good and worth it to me to be able to simply buy it and let someone else do it.
