The Range's Veggie Omelette is my favorite! Its delicious and always perfectly prepared. Their potatoes are also great, though the serving seemed considerably smaller than normal.
To my additional disappointment, they forgot my toast and my side of fruit. AND, I ordered a side of red chile, which was extra, but was also not included.
This happens occasionally, I know. It's just frustrating because they raise the price of delivery orders, which I'm still willing to pay, but it ends up costing me more when I don't get everything I paid for.
Nevertheless, their food is great, the quality is high and consistent (day after day, from location to location) and I highly recommend The Range. Might be better to go in person, though.

The BREAKFAST BURRITO is a nice size and plenty of egg but the tortilla is so thin it has a doughy consistency and the bacon is chopped so small you can't even taste it (even though I asked for crispy bacon for an additional $2) Xmas chile lacked flavor as did the eggs. There were hardly any beans on the plate and the green chile hashbrown lacks spice and crispiness. probably won't order again. The BREAD PUDDING also was lacking flavor, it tasted like a flan consistency and looked like a tofu block. Not appealing, and had a bite and threw it away. I ordered my favorite MEXICAN LATTE CAKE which never fails to disappoint, the multiple layers gives you a bit of yumminess in all areas (flan, cake, cheesecake, tres leches).

My orders from the Range Cafe are always PERFECT. Everything I order is in the bag, even the special requests. I can't think of another restaurant that performs this well consistently. I love the Range Cafe.

The HUEVOS RANCHEROS breakfast was delicious! The Tortilla that came with it on the side should not be given out period. It looked raw. Threw it away.
Being in New Mexico having a great dish that beat Garcia's and many others, they should be ashamed to serve what's being called a tortilla.
Will definitely order again. Minus the tortilla.

Always good food from The Range. The artichoke is a wonderful flavor addition to the quesadilla, which was surprisingly large. The Range never skimps.
