Loved the Rib Shack platter.. juicy meats, all of them. Great coleslaw and mac and cheese. My husband loves, loves, loves their fried onions. I have ordered their ribs often and have always had good luck with those, falling off bone good. Maybe we have just been lucky, but we have found consistency every time we order.

Pulled Pork Sandwich was super salty. You could feel the crunch of the salt, as you bite into it. Ribs were dry and not much meat.

pros- great pork loin,haSmoked Ham Sandwich ,baked beans and Cheesy Potatoes
the Southern Style Potato Salad is your normal store bought that's good
ok mac n Mac and Cheese. not the best. cons- small side portions, if you buy just a few bones, there isn't much meat usually
no dessert 😕 come on add banana pudding and pies!

Black fries. completely overcooked and burnt. see through ribs totally inedible.
